One plus nord bud - Wrong item or fake item delivered from myntra

I had ordered one plus nord * buds from Myntra on prepaid basis. I was supposed to recieved the product on * th may but recieved it on ** th may. I opened the parcel and immediately complained on Myntra that I recieved a wrong and a fake product. They told me they will give a solution by ** may which they delayed it to ** th may and they gave me a resolution on **th may saying We regret to inform you that your claim for the return of the product cannot be accommodated as the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check.when I asked them open the reopen the complaint or give me proof that the product they sent me is the one I ordered they completely declined it.
