I have ordered a saree on deytrends.com portal. But i have received saree with different specifications.
I had ordered Bottle green color silk designer saree on **.**.**** amounting Rs. ****.**
Invoice number - Retail***** dated **.**.**** at **:**:** pm.
Sender address is not available on pachage as well as on web portal. And no one is responding to the contact number i.e. +************. I tried to reach through call, message and whatsapp but no one responded.
I have given complaint through email also. Mail id as follows : contact.deytrends@gmail.com
Cat you help us to reach to the portal owners and get our amount refunded please ??
