I ordered for a Samsung Galaxy M ** mobile on June ** ****.
On July *th I was delivered a amazefit watch instead of my phone. The packet was intact but I was neither sent a OTP nor did I sign for the delivery.
I complained to customer care service many times but they gave rude replies and didn't take any responsibility for the wrong delivery. The delivery status in my amazon account showed delivered. But I received the wrong item.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
