I had ordered one black silk border zari saree. But, what I received was not with zari border and not worth the money. They want us to return the product for the wrong item they sent. They will refund the amount deducting their shipping charges. So we end up paying for their shipping charges as well as our courier charges in sending the product back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
