Tehali Stores - Wrong Item Delivered

I have ordered a cream color long gown as a surprise gift for my wife from Tehali Stores while surfing through Facebook. But instead of giving a surprise, i have been surprised to see that instead of gown they have delivered a cheap quality green color saaree.
Even the material has not been send through this company (Tehali stores), delivery was made by some other company Aftics from Surat.
I have tried alot to contact them, but the email id, phone numbers both are wrong. Email bounced back, no one is picking calls.
