I have ordered an item with the order no ***** on **.*.**, cost was Rs. *** and extra delivery charges and tax, so total Rs.***. They delivered the item on **.*.** in Bangalore
But when I opened and saw I was shocked because they have delivered a someother item with very cheap quality. It was not the one which I ordered.
So I thought I will return it, for that I went to the website and checked the return option its not working, phone no is not working, Mail ID is wrong, so now there is no option to return also,
So I thought to lodge complain against them so that other people should not get cheated in future,
I have learnt a lesson not to buy online.
Kindly take a action and do the needful
