Adultvibes and kamasutrasextoy - Wrong item delivered

I ordered bdsm-*** on **-**-**** and my order reference is ODVFYZMIM which cost me rs.**** from kamasutrasextoy.in website.I received wrong product whose cost is just rs.****.I called them several times to either return the product and send me the actual product or refund me,they took the wrong product but until now we didnt received the actual product.i called them several times foe refund but they said that they dont have any refund policy but its clearly mentioned in their website.After following up for more than a month they said that the product is not in stock and they cant refund also.We tried to contact them many times but they are not receiving calls and not replying in mail.We just want our money to get refund from the fraud people and fraud website.
