I had ordered a Refurbished Redmi Note *(dec*,****) from viraldeal.co.in(order ID:***************). via e-payment(R.****). But they had sent a wrong Item(Maxfone), I returned the product(dec**,****). I tried calling the customer care but the number is not picked up by anyone also no reply on the email I have sent to their mail id.
