Utility Mall - Wrong Item Delivered

The order was placed on *th July **** but there was no update from the seller about the shipping. So I enquired their support about the shipping and I was informed that the order has been shipped. I asked for the tracking ID or the courier agent information but they said they couldn't share the shipping information. But they delivered the product on the **th of July ****. Also, the package that was delivered to me has neither my name nor my address on it. Just a bar code was pasted in the package. But the delivery agent knew what the ordered item is and my address and my contact details and so the agent delivered to me without any mistakes. The item I ordered is a "Retractable Windshield Sun Shade for Car". But instead of a windshield sun shade screen, I received a lady's shirt, which I never ordered. After the order is delivered as it was the wrong product I contacted their support and informed them that I had received the wrong product but they replied to me saying I had bought the product from another shop and asked me to contact the shop instead thus skirting their responsibility and tricking me. Moreover, they didn't respond properly and blamed me for the mistake. I believe this eCommerce company is a fraud. In the first place, they never intimated about shipping. When enquired they said they had shipped the order but couldn't share the tracking information as it's their policy. Then there was neither my name nor my full address written on the package that was delivered. And then they sent me the wrong item.
