MAKEWAY FAB - Wrong Item delivered
Shampa Biswas filed complaint against MAKEWAY FAB on May 8, 2022
Hi, This grievance is being raised on behalf of my friend Shampa Biswas who bought a Dress from mentioned company(GSTIN&CONTACT no are also attached). Later she contacted them and confirmed cancellation. Still the product reached the shipping address after cancellation and product was faulty(it was altogether a different dress).We tried returning it in all possible ways but failed to. Kindly help getting money back as we have taken it via COD and kindly email us for any questions. Please refer to grievance ******* at consumer complaint site for image of product package.
