I had ordered a LP-E** Battery Charger Kit DC Coupler which was supposed to be the original size of LP-E** battery but it's not and not compatible with my device. After complaining they just deny of being wrong and say that the product can't be returned.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
