dressypose com - Wrong item delivered without replacement

I am writing to report a distressing issue with my order placed on November **, ****. I had ordered a Floral Soft Suit Set (Three-Piece), but what I received was not only the wrong item but also an unstitched piece of cloth in a completely different color. This is a blatant error, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the experience.
For clarity, I have attached a screenshot of the product I ordered, along with a photo of the incorrect item that was delivered to me. The discrepancy between the two is undeniable.
After receiving the wrong item, I immediately attempted to reach out via email to request either a refund or a replacement, but all my attempts were met with a server error, and my emails bounced back. I have attached the error message for your reference as well.
I want to make it clear that this situation is not about the money. It’s about trust—I feel cheated and misled by your company. Sadly, after reading reviews from other customers, I have reason to believe this issue may not be isolated, which only amplifies my concerns.
