electronicdeal in - WRONG ITEM DELIVERED WANT REFUND

I ordered a Sony MDR-XB**AP on **/**/**** from electronicdeal.in. The order was delivered on **/**/****, But instead of Sony MDR-XB**AP, there was some other Sony earphones which I did not place the order for.
I have tried to contact the customer care through their support mail id "support@electronicdeal.in". The mail id is not in existence. Their customer Care no. "(+**) **********" provided on the site is also not available.
I have spent a total amount of Rs. *,*** on the said purchase which is fake and has given me undue stress on following up with this case.
I want full refund for the said item which was paid in full via bank UPI transaction.
