Shopping house fresh collections - Wrong item delivered refund not done

I saw a post on facebook for shopping dresses in a website named shopping house fresh collections. I ordered * Kurti combo of Rs. ***. With delivery charges, I paid **** to the postman. After opening the parcel I got shocked it was a saree. That saree was also not new. It was an old faded one. After which I surfed on the internet and came to know that many people were cheated in the same way be the same website. It is a complete fraudulent. It was my hard-earned money. I was really excited to see my dresses but really am shocked and disappointed. Please ban that website. No one else should get cheated like this. Please help me in getting back that money. Please take the necessary actions to save people like me. Please, it is my request.
