Rose filed complaint against Cherryblush co on May 24, 2025
I ordered the Magic hair eraser from @Cherryblush_co on Instagram, through their website. I received the product on **st May and they delivered the wrong product. I contacted the company on Instagram and emailed them as well, since they have a * day refund policy, clearly mentioned by them. At first they told me they are escalating the issue and asked me to have patience. Next day I asked them about any updates, but they left my messages on seen. That was on **nd May. I found another customer who's product was delivered broken and they wouldn't refund or replace hers as well. So I sent them another email and text on Instagram saying that they have ** hours to solve the issue or I'll file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline..but they proceeded to block or restrict me. I contacted them on WhatsApp as well, but they blocked me there as well. This company is a total scam. I hope this issue gets resolved ASAP.
