AJIO Dillinger - Wrong Item Delivered Need Refund

I ordered * Items through AJIO, on that order I used the AJIO wallet points and Reliance One Points to get a discount total of Rs ** on both the items altogether, the total amount showed to be *** but after the discount it came down to *** for * T-Shirts. However, the FIRST item didn't get delivered, on checking in, the delivery executive said they couldn't connect my call as i was unavailable and didn't pick up. And eventually the delivery was unsuccessful so I didn't receive the first item. They didn't even attempt a secone delivery. Which is fine, but now the important part, the SECOND item got delivered to me today. The delivery executive took the exact amount the item was of that is, Rs ***, and did not give me the discount of the Reliance One Points and AJIO wallet, so now I have wasted all my points and didnt even get a discount, which I excused thinking that maybe it was only valid for * items and not one. But when I opened the package, I was horrified to see that the item that I ordered was replaced with a completely different one. I ordered a yellow t-shirt and received a black one. Not even the size was same, i ordered an XS and the one I had received looked like an L or XL. The design was not even remotely the same. Probably from a different brand. It all seems like a packaging problem since MY name and address were written on the cover of the package, however the product is most likely someone else's or im being scammed with a cheap product. Even the price of the product I received was different from what I had ordered. I tried not to touch the clothes so I did not take it out the plastic package, as I have requested to return and get refund. The delivery executive, whom I called within * minutes of opening the package, said he couldn't do anything about it and that I had to talk to AJIO customer service about this. The saddest part of all is I can't even talk to an actual person from AJIO about this problem. I'll only receive a robotic voice call. I emailed them today as well, talking about legal charges I can take against them for scamming me. Hopefully I can get some help.
