MyFlowerApp com - Wrong item delivered and Service not good

I placed an order in myflowerapp.com which contains Flowers,Greeting card and a teddy (order id : ********* ) to my wife living in other location as a surprising gift to be delivered on January *st ****. First of all i didn't get any undeliverable location obstruction while ordering my items. I am waiting from two days to track my order. After ordering my items, i didn't receive any email or message atleast saying that its undeliverable to that location. I had lot of hopes that oder will be delivered to my wife. In worst case i didn't receive any email or message or call from myflowerapp.com saying that its undeliverable location atleast one day before. I got a call from myflowerapp.com at *:** PM on Jan *st **** saying that its undeliverable today and it will be deliverable after * days with complementary celebration box and also asking me to choose other item in place of flowers.
I am very much disappointed with myflowerapp.com and they convinced me to send following items
Items to be delivered by flowerapp.com as promised
*. Teddy basket
*. Greeting card
*. Celebration box (Chocolate box) as a complimentary for the undelivered initial order
But I didn't get the items which was promised. I received ** inch teddy bear with one small empty basket.
I sent email to MyFlowerApp support team by saying all the story above.
They responded like "If you want the same order then please returned back the received order to us (G-***, block G sector **, Noida. ******)
I don't have courier service to Noida in my village.
Actually it's MyFlowerApp.com mistake for sending wrong item without intimating me prior atleast. And how do you expect me to courier back to Noida?
But again i convinced to send courier to Noida and sent an email like below
"if i courier back the received Teddy to Noida, Are you sure that the items promised by MyFlowerApp will be delivered to me without fail or no change in items ?
If again i got the wrong items or not all the above items after i courier, what should i do ?"
They are not responding finally.
Can you please provide some assurance or some alternative if i received wrong items or wrong number of items again..
