https sephora nnnow com - Wrong item delivered and refund awaited

I have placed my order with sephora.nnnow.com for * nos. BURBERRY “Her Blossom Eau De Toilette” on **th July **** by paying the order value of Rs. **,***/- in advance. They have accepted my order and sent confirmation vide order no. Ofca**f and also informed the estimated delivery time will be **rd July ****.

While tracking the delivery status online, it was found that the order has been split into * and * nos. perfumes dispatched from Indore Hub on **/**/**** and * nos. from Jaipur Hub on **/**/****. The item dispatched from Indore never reached us. While tracking the order status we found that it reached at Rajkot on **rd July and held there till **st August ’** and then the item returned back to their facility without delivery.

After continuous follow-up, the item dispatched from Jaipur hub delivered to us on **st July, but to my surprise, the parcel contains an AJIO T-shirt worth Rs. ***/- MRP printed on it in place of our order for * nos Burberry Perfumes worth Rs. *****/-. Since then I have been following with them and exchanging emails for a refund.

On **th Sept **** I go a refund of Rs. Rs.*,*** /-,Rs.*,*** /- vide transaction reference (ARN) number ************, ************, and still waiting for the balance refund of Rs. **,***/-. I have been in contact with them and exchanging mail frequently. Every time I get their standard message informing that they have escalated the issue to their concerned team and wait for another *-* working days to get an update or a resolution on the issue. But they never revert after * – * days and when I contact them again, the same story repeats.

I would request you to please help me to get my refund at the earliest possible.
