Girish Khare filed complaint against Meesho on Oct 4, 2023
I placed * orders on meesho, both of lehengas and what i got were sarees.
Now when i am trying to return the items, they are not accepting them saying that it has failed quality check and that they sent me the correct item.
Even after various chats and assurance that i have video proof of wrong product being sent, there has been no help provided by the customer support.
It has been over a week, that i have wasted my time and money.
