I had ordered a few items from this online shopping portal Banarasstyle.com, first a lehanga piece on **th Dec **** which I didn't like so I requested for return. For this they credited the amount in my account wallet which I used to order a saree on **rd feb **** (order no BS************) I got the saree delivered on **th feb **** and is totally different from the one I ordered. It's not even worth *** rs. Yes with quality that bad. I raised a complaint about this to the customer care to which they suggested me to keep the product. These people are really unprofessional, deliver cheap products while they show quality products on their website and when you complaint about this, they ask you to courier it back to Surat their warehouse address I guess, refund your money in account wallet they cut processing charge for this as well and still send you cheap products again and lastly tell you to keep the item. Now I want refund or the original product that I ordered.
