I’ve received wrong product against order id ********* (order placed **.**.** received wrong item **.**.**) , I did called customer care on **.**.** and only resolution provided that I need to send an email with image. Thereon I've sent them an email on same day attaching image of package in which product was received and wrong Product image.

I ordered Samsonite Black Varro Small cabin trolley bag wherein received is Sam Esquire Black Rail Handle.
