Roobixfab - Wrong item delivered

I booked up an order from RubixFab. As soon as it arrived and I checked the order, it turned out to be something else. I didn't get what was shown. But now as I am returning, I am not getting any option, ke kha se mujhe return crew. Nor does any mail come back from their side.
