Influx Audio - Wrong item delivered

Few days back i have ordered airpods from influx audio (an online website).. I received my package today(*feb ****) by an parcel service named Kerry indev Express it was cash on delievery.
I received that package and paid **** on the spot but when I did open the packing I found the wrong item i tried to contact the shipment service but didn't get any way to connect them now I am writing this complaint to get back my correct item or money back.
