Gizmoo Technologies - Wrong Item Delivered, now no response

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to my Booking done from site , and I have made online payment of Rs. ***/-.

Today evening I have received delivery of the same order but wrong item. I have attached * photographs, *st- is of wrong item received (HBQ i* single earphones) and *nd- is of item i had ordered (flexipods duel blutooth with case cover)

I want to register my complaint and request to deliver right ordered item and arrange to collect back this wrong item. I feel that this is cheating if it is deliberately done by Gizmoo Techotogies.

As per the your return policy i am sending this mail immediately within * Hr on receipts of this order.
