I bought the saree with Order ID **** from your website on **th Dec**** . On *nd Jan, I received the shipment.I was wondered after opening the package.Item received was noway near to the product that was shown when I ordered. Actually,I ordered a new arrival 'designer saree' whereas I received two pieces of old and dirty clothes .It has serious defect .
I understand I am entitled to expect things I buy to be of acceptable quality. The saree I bought does not reach this standard considering the problems I have had.
I am therefore asking you for a refund of the ***₹.
