I ordered a package through DTDC. For the last * days package is at Memari (Paharhati) DTDC office. I called their courier office but they behaved rudely (Someone name Arun whose ph no. (****** *****) I got from google ) & told that he don’t know anything . Now at * pm the tracking status is showing Non- serviceable area , NOT delivered. If it’s non-serviceable area then why they DTDC accepted the order ??? Memari(Paharhati) DTDC office didn’t even call me , didn’t message me & suddenly they update this status. Why this type of fraudulent activity ?
