Worst thing is that they had given boarding point as VRL office Davanagere. Just it. But too many VRL offices in the city. Fine ,when we had called them for confirmation they said that we needed to come to the Bypass to board the bus. As we had no vehicle we needed to take auto which cost us *** /- as the by pass was around *km from the ksrtc bus stand that too at **:**pm night. If they would have specified the same during booking, we would have not done such a foolish thing to book the bus. Shame on your services.
