Policybazaar Insurance Web Aggregator Private Limited - wrong information provided Policy bazaar agent on term insurance

Correction :

Hi Team,

I have purchased the HDFC term insurance plan from the policybazaar. Agent missguided me and provided the wrong information on the plan.

As per agent I can discontinue to pay the premium of the policy after * years and whatever premium provided on the basis of that prorated insurance calculated and provided me with insured years.


Now during the free look period I checked and consulted with the policybazaar . They denied there is no such facility available.

Please raise a complaint and help to refund all the amount without deduction.
