Palava Dwellers Private Limited - wrong information misguided by sales team

We were contacted by all Lodha Projects sales Exec. repeatedly in the name of lodha. when i had taken all details from one exec. there was a call from other exec.who asked to come to the local office instead of site visit. after my enquiry he misguided there is no such project as Lodha Panecea-which i was in discussion with (Rajesh) & the site was ** min.away from the office where i was called to meet. Due to strict lockdown in covid, I trusted the Lodha Exec. decided to take the offer he gave for Tenants in Lakeshore. In the belief that the earlier LODHA exec. was a cheater. Before going further with payment i double assured with the Exec., of refund of booking amount, incase my Loan does not match the said budget. He double assured yes' refund will be done. Later HO did not confirm about the scheme for which i was again mis-guided. So i went to the site to check on my original discussion (Rajesh) after two months -where i see a full fledged under-construction project is going on. On asking Lodha HO to refund my money -both sales exec. & customer Support Teamed up & refused to refund my Rs.*****/- which is still lying with them. It has ruined my financial balance -as i trusted lodha to be professional & not a baniya builder, I was shocked to see this cheating done by the Entire Sales Team & Customer Executives at Senior Level. I am in debts now to pay the **,***/- which i paid by GOld loan -as they insisted to pay quickly due to scheme expiry on **st August'****. I requested HO to refund it back as i am not eligible for the said budget loan & i am paying the personal loan every month from my salary- which is very hard in this lockdown -as i am the only bread-winner in my family. They refused completely & instead are sending me messages every alternative day with additional penalty to pay the balance amount quickly.
