Tikona - Wrong information about plan

Mai medical college Gsvm Kanpur me Ms Ent kr raha hu. Maine hostel me Tikona Broadband Manish Tikona worker se liya tha jiska mobile no ********** hai. Maine unse quarterly plan **** rupaye me liya tha, unhone mujhe bataya ki three month me aapko **** dena hai. Maine * month Tikona use kiya iske baad band krne ke liye email company ko bheja. Maine * month me **** paid kiya jbki mujhe **** paid krna tha. Mai busy hone ke Karan dhyaan nhi de paya ki company ne mujhse **** jyaada le li. Iske baad bhi company mujhse **** aur maang rahi hai. Jb maine unse hisab maanga to pata chala ki mera plan monthly kr diya gaya hai. Maine Manish se baat ki to usne bola ki Sir aapka plan quarterly hai mere pass uski audio recording bhi hai. Usne company chod diya hai, Maine tikona customer care ko ye baat batayi fir bhi unhone meri koi madad nhi ki blki mujhe daily phone aur message krke paresaan kr rahe, jisse mai bahut he mansik tanav me hu.
