Itel - Wrong information about mobile

When I boughted the phone and come back to home and use it the phone was very bad it start heating like a fire in only ** minutes and as I am student when I click photos of my notes it does not appearing what is written on the paper it is like a *mp camera but is written ** MP and the touch also not working I touch this thing and the and another app got opened then I call the shopkeeper and tell all this thing about my phone to them then they simply say that no problem in your phone and never disturb us go to service center
