Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Practices by Bharatpay

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Bharatpay for engaging in fraudulent activities. I was misled and deceived by their representative, Mr. Manjul, who provided false information and coerced me into purchasing a swipe machine under the pretext of availing a loan.

Initially, I was informed by Mr. Manjul about a loan opportunity offered by Bharatpay, which piqued my interest. However, instead of facilitating the loan as promised, he insisted on sending me a swipe machine that I did not require nor request. Despite my objections, he assured me that the loan amount would be directly credited to my account, which never materialized.

Upon realizing that I had been deceived, I promptly contacted Bharatpay to request a refund of the full amount paid for the unnecessary swipe machine. To my dismay, I was informed that refunds are only possible within seven days of purchase, a crucial detail that was never disclosed to me by Mr. Manjul during the transaction.

Furthermore, my attempts to reach out to Bharatpay's customer service were met with indifference, as my calls went unanswered, exacerbating my distress and frustration.

This experience has not only resulted in financial loss but has also caused significant mental anguish and distress. I implore you to take immediate action against Bharatpay to rectify this situation and ensure that they are held accountable for their fraudulent practices. Additionally, I request a full refund of the amount paid for the swipe machine as well as appropriate compensation for the emotional distress caused.
