Workindia in - Wrong Information

I contacted workindia.in for candidate hiring but job description was not available as per my requirement, so the executive told me that they will create the profile and connect with his back-end team to get the right candidate. i trusted and paid however i am not getting right candidate calls and refund is not offered.
