Sargam Electronic - Wrong info given to sell their product

I bought * electronics from sargam.
which include Fridge, Led, washing machine, Juicer Mixer Grinder & Microwave.
In case of Led I asked for smart TV.
they showed me a model and told me its smart tv
But that model wasn't smart. In only includes a smart feature to connect Mobile to tv(Casting).
But my requirement was for smart tv, so that I can play youtube videosconnect internet etc.
Its seems my money has been wasted. I also called their helpline number. They asked said that the senior person will give you call back. But I have got any call fom their side.
please help me with that
