Inlife Pharma Private Limited - Wrong incorrect product delivered

A pack of pre and probiotic ( veg version was ordered and delivered against order no.GTSP************F.
The company delivered a non veg version of the same product which was not requested . Hence company was requested to either replace the the product or arrange for refund. Despite promises on phone and emils( attached)the company has failed to take any action and issue remains unresolved.
