Goibibo hotels - Wrong hotel was booked app doesnt work helpline no s dont work

Most pathetic experience I had with goibibo .nobody replied to mails when I tried contacting via chat window then it's interface got stuck worst app worst service no resolution provided just wasted my money by using this app for hotel booking. Their customer care no. Dont work chat window doesn't work. Someone should file a case against this harasment.
I updated my location nd room timing preferences but this app picked previous search history and it got booked its such a pathetic app
And the hotel keys I ws seeing was of ludhiana and it got booked of banglore
I ws trying to cancel hotel bt there also no option.And nobod even responded from their side on chat window.
