I ordered a smartwatch order id no. **-*******-******. When I unbox this we found a normal defective watch. That was not a smartwatch. So I request you to help in change this watch as soon as possible.

The wrong item delivered. Smartwatch has been ordered and they deliver a sports watch. When I try to refund and return the order they were not giving a single answer. Such fraud should be banned.
