NEHA GARIA filed complaint against ICICI Bank Limited on Dec 6, 2018
I have complained you regarding my wrong fund transfer through icici bank to BOB branch account number. I have already complained regarding this to ICICI bank but still Bank of Baroda has not received any mail regarding my issue. I have called icici costumer care so many times in every call they said we have sent request but their is no proof for sending mail.
On *th October I intended to transfer money to account number **************, but instead I transferred the amount to account number **************, with transaction id - MMT/IMPS/************/Edicoo/BARB*GAJRAL
Now almost **days are completed but still I have not receive my ***** amount back. Beneficiary has not received any mail.
ICICI Care provided me * contact numbers , daily I have called to both numbers but no one picked up the calls .

continuously i am following up with both banks but no one provided me correct solution.
Please help me.
