Bikkgane Restaurants Private Limited - Wrong food delivered

I ordered paneer biriyani from ondc foods but instead of that I received chicken biriyani. I tried to raise a ticket for complaint but nothing happened. I tried calling the outlet but no one picked up the call. How am I suppose to deal with it. Even on container it was mentioned veg. But there were chicken pieces inside. I can deal with delay in delivery or any other problem, but receiving non vegetarian food is what I can't deal.
