Atanu Nag - Wrong Fake RTO

I have sent complain mail lots of time to shiprocket support team. But no one is giving me reply.
The product was scheduled to be delivered at **th September, but when I checked the tracking on **th, it was showing that the expected delivery date is changed to **the Sepetember. Today on ** th Sepetember when the product is not delivered I checked the tracking again. I found RTO. I want to know why RTO is initiated? No one called for delivery. It's fake RTO. Delivery boy did not called and delivered the product.
Money also deducted from account for RTO. Product is also not delivered. Total loss is **** including shipping and RTO cost.
