Dear Team
I had booked my stay in Zolo Braavos in Pune from *th of September. Due to medical issues I had left by *st of October which I had informed the owner. They agreed they will initiate exit however they did not. An unfortunate incident occurred due to which I was hospitalized. They initiated the exit on **th of October and not only charged electricity bill but also a room rent of * day even though they knew I was going through medical emergency. They are not agreeing to pay back the money and need your help
