Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited - Wrong electricitybill

Sir,
I am Guddi Devi customer of Madhya pradesh madhya kshetra vidhut vitran company, IVRS no - **********. My outstanding bill in Feb **** was rs**** and according to Feb month bill total reading in my electricity meter was ****. After that I received average bill of *** units in March, *** units of April ,*** units of May due to corona pandemic. After that total reading in bill is still ****. So company did not add ***+ ***+*** units of * months in total reading of meter. In June i got bill of *** units it was consmption of electric meter of last * months because meter reader had come after *moths. So the electricity board had charged double bill of March, April ,May based on average reading and meter reading.so the average bill of ***+***+*** units is not adjusted in my bill .l have paid all the amount except bill of these *** units . I have filed a complaint on CM helpline about this issue one month earlier. The officer of electricity board accepted that there is fault of *** units in bill of worth rs ****. And told me in the next month bill this ammount will be subtracted from your outstanding bill.but anything does not happen. Please help
