Cspdcl Raipur - Wrong Electricity bill

I have paid last bill of rs. ***** on dated **/**/****. Next bill generated rs. ***** on dated **/**/****. In this bill additional chage rs. ***** is mentioned.
When we enquired from distribution office , they are telling that vigilance charge rs. ***** dated **/**/**** is added in this bill against load .
I have sanctiond * kilowatt for the BP no *********** and we are not using the load more than sanctiond load .
After one year your are adding additional charge rs. ***** in my bill against load , it is questionable? ( BILL ENCLOSE FOR REF.)
I am genuine customer of CSPDCL and paying the bill on time . If CSPDCL really feel for enhance the load for the above mentioned BP no then we are ready for the same .
Considering the genuine customer of CSPDCL , you are requested to deduct the additional charge from my electricity bill and update the same .
