Pvvnl Up - Wrong electricity bill generated by UPPCL

A wrong electricity bill is generated for my rented accommodation for one year. I have filed various verbal and in-writing complaints to the department but there has been no response from the department. I have suffered a total loss of approx ***** due to this. The metre is faulty and half of the times, the officials do not take any matter readings and generate bills without any readings .
