I had ordered one smart watch from their website and I have received to my courier through bluedart on **th October **** but when I opened my parcel I was shocked to see that the watch is completely different from what I have ordered it was some kind of cheap watch that we get from market functions were also not working as they have mentioned I tried to contact them through their customer care helpline number and through email also but there is no reply or response from them their helpline number is (**********) and there email address is (support@bestandroidwatches.in) so I request you to please resolve my issue so that I can get my money back. Hoping for a positive response from your side . Thank you
