Ordered * XL dresses through facebook ad. One dress completely different from what I ordered and both in M size. Called the company for return policy. They told I must mail them with all the details. They will tell us about returning in ** hours. Mailed immediately last Wednesday(**/*/**). Till date no reply for the mail and they are not picking up my calls also. I have attached my mail below.

I had ordered * Kurtis from your facebook post. I had ordered XL size for both the kurtis. I received the parcel yesterday. One kurti is not what I ordered and both are M size. I have attached the pictures of the dresses with the size tag. I did not order yellow kurti at all. One is dark blue and one dark pink. I am giving the order details below.

Kindly take the return of the wrong kurtis and pay back the payment.
