Style Loftt - Wrong dress delivered

I ordered * dresses from style_loftt Instagram page while taking orders they were so nice after ordering they never bothered to respond on delivery I received a different product and when questioned about it said the same is not available and asked to select a different one, and return the dress I recieved but never gave me their address for return. On consistent calls and messages they said I have to pay extra *** for shipping which was not mentioned in the return policy. When I threatened with legal action they erased our conversation and blocked me on Instagram These people are a big time fraudsters and strict legal action has to be taken against them
