Yo shine - Wrong different item received

I ordered Yo shine pack of * premium pants - Grey/Black/Burgandy colour on **th Jan, ****. & I received the parcel today in the morning - *nd feb, ****.
The courier came through Bluedart.
The received item is so different from what was shown on the website. They are not pants, they are very low quality leggings, & that also different colour. I have received orange, yellow & black coloured low & cheap quality leggings, they are turned also. I made the payment to bluedart delivery boy through paytm & when I opened the parcel, I was shocked. I immediately went through the website & read return policy, & mailed accordingly. I have mailed * times from today morning but there is no reply from there side. Also there contact number asks for some extension number & then the call automatically gets disconnected. Don't know what to do now.
