Crafsloree Mumbai based company - wrong details of the product

I had asked for product details before buying from them, so I bought it for Rs**** & I got low quality product in the parcel, So I want a exchange because they did have a refund policy . It has been more than a week since that incident. Their team takes replies to my messages very late & in exchange I choose an outfit which is worth Rs **** & now for this exchange are demanding for Rs***more as courier charges as I already told them they can adjust the amount as I already paid **** & now again they are not replying me.
Help me this either I want my Rs.**** or I want to exchange the outfit which chose.
