Maysar biotech private limited - Wrong delivery

I booked a parcel from Faridabad (Haryana) to Sonipat (Haryana) on **/**/**. But delhi trackon Compnay delivered back to me saying they put the address wrong. And after k saw the parcel it was torn and damaged. My parcel box was damaged from every side, they have applied tape to support it temporary. But it was all torn and leaking. Plus the address from which I assigned they delivered back to it after giving them details of the destination to delivery.
